PROSPECTING AND MINING EQUIPMENT

Prosessing Order

First step, material is fed into the RG Scrubber, where it is washed and screened before being fed into the Goldkacha. The GoldKacha then concentrates the material and prepares it for final upgrade via the Goldkonka concentrator.

These plants are environmentally friendly, using no mercury or harmful chemicals. All that is required is an area to place the plant and a reliable water source. These solutions are designed with low energy requirements and can be run by a generator, making them independent off the grid and trans locatable. This is beneficial to entry-level miners and for exploration purposes.

RG30

The RG30 is used where clay and sand are present. The RG scrubber separates the rock from the clay with ease and screens the material to a size of less than 3mm.

GoldKacha

The GoldKacha is a simple and robust centrifugal gravity concentrator. It is a complete processing solution and is especially suited to the recovery of precious metals from dump tailings, rubble beds & alluvial sands. It was developed especially for small mining applications and is ideal for gold prospecting. The novel centrifugal riffle principle results in high recovery of both coarse & fine precious metals, particularly fine gold recovery.

The system is driven by an electric 0.75 kW motor that can be connected to a small generator to allow for operation in remote areas. Material is slurried with water via the supplied screen. The concentrate is usually purged once every hour and requires further upgrade using equipment such as conventional gold panning or our highly effective gold masta

GoldMasta

The GoldMasta is a smart gold sluice that incorporates the latest technology to maximize recoveries whilst also producing a high grade concentrate. The matting is easy to clean making for a quick harvest cycle and two or more Gold Masta can be placed in series to obtain an even higher recovery. Construction is from a durable non-corroding material and, with no power required; the operation can be commenced as soon as the unit arrives on site. Capacity of 1tonne per hour, the GoldMasta gold sluice makes an ideal scavenger resulting in a compact package with extremely high recovery.

GoldKonka

Concentrates are fed over 3 consecutive gold sluice trays with water and the heavy gold-bearing particles are caught on the surface of each tray. The concentrate from the trays are then washed off with water onto the two wash basins. The material left in these basins is then smelted using the APT smelter furnace.

These plants are a standard size, and several GoldKonka Boxes can be used at once to allow you to process more material. This allows for several people to upgrade their material more swiftly and efficiently. This method is safer to the miners and their environment. Recovery is higher and a greater profit is made.
